Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

In order to make people feel heard and understood, I've incorporated DEI initiatives into various social media projects. With Major League Baseball and Under Armour during Black History Month and Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, I interviewed football coaches and MLB front office employees about their personal experiences in sport and corporate America. Each interview was created into individual social media posts for the @uafootball Instagram and @MLB Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts, in collaboration with coaches and employees.
